Washington football quarterback Kyle Allen suffered a blood-curdling injury during a clash against the New York Giants on Sunday afternoon in the NFL.
In the first quarter, Allen saw his ankle turn horribly after being punched by marauder Jabrill Peppers. He was escorted off the grounds in a cart.

Ironically, he was replaced by Alex Smith, the same one who suffered a serious leg injury that could have cost him his life, almost two years ago.
According to NFL Network reporter Tom Pelissero, Allen suffered a dislocated ankle and a minor fracture, which is less severe than expected despite the severity of the injury.
Washington lost the game 23-20.
