“It’s probably our story this year … We lose such a game again, which is inexplicable. If we look at the statistics, we made more throws than the opponents, but not to win with the numbers on the board,” after the failure against Sochi, head coach Ant said.
“I don’t know how many people watch Dinamo, but in that way we’ve lost about 75% of the games.”
“I can’t complain about what I saw on the field today, so thank you guys for that. I believe that this season we play combinations full of hockey with many throws on the goal, so I have no explanation for the results on the scoreboard,” added the specialist, noting that he liked the excitement seen from hockey players, especially those who are younger.
“We need to move on without thinking about where we are at the tournament table right now.”
“Goalkeeper Zein Makintairs is able to work, but without playing practice, so we try to bring him back to the rhythm slowly,” said Skudra. “I think he’s not far from optimal form anymore, so Makintairs will start the next game from the first minute.”
