TURIN – Juventus coach, Andrea Pirlo, wants Juventus to be an aggressive team when he loses the ball. The Italian tactician wanted Juventus to take possession of the ball shortly after losing it.
Pirlo has a reason why Juventus will play aggressively in winning the ball. He reflected on the Champions League winners in the last two seasons, namely Liverpool and Bayern Munich.
Liverpol and Bayern are similar in style of play, although not exactly the same. Both teams always try to grab the ball from the opponent’s feet as quickly as possible so that in a short time they can build up attacks again. According to Pirlo, Juventus, which previously did not play like that, so it was difficult to win the Champions League.

Winning the Champions League is Juventus’ main target this season, apart from dominating the Italian domestic competition. Juventus has always had a hard time lifting the Big Ears trophy – the Champions League trophy. Juventus last won the Champions League in the 1995-1996 season.
