NEW SOUTH WALES BLUES
He played in a man-of-the-match performance, but the blues could be for the decision without Nathan Cleary.
The 13th minute vision showed Cleary chasing a Cody Walker bomb to put pressure on Xavier Coates.
There were suggestions that the contact could be checked by the game review board for possible shoulder strain.
Blues fans are hoping, however, that it’s a head-on collision as opposed to a shoulder load instead.
It didn’t seem like a traditional shoulder strain by law where the halfback didn’t rotate his body completely to come into contact with the shoulder, but it’s up to the Gaming Board to decide.
“I thought it was a good success,” said Yvonne Sampson of the Fox League Sky Sports Big Sports Breakfast.
“You have to go back and take a look. Gerard Sutton hasn’t made a copy of this at this point, so I can’t see the Match Review Committee going to make a big copy of it. “
League legend Ben Elias agreed that he didn’t think it warranted a charge.
“I didn’t think there was much in it at all,” he said on Fox Sports News.
“It would be a sad state of affairs [if he was charged]. There was very, very little in it. “

The NRL defines shoulder strain in its laws and interpretations as “when a defender is not using his arms (including his hands) or trying to attack or otherwise grasp the opposing player and the contact is forceful. It is considered misconduct for a player to influence a tackle in the defined way. “
The tackle went unpunished during the game, but a first class shoulder load carries a 200 point penalty, meaning that even an early admission of guilt would not save Cleary.
“Interesting week for me”

In the scenario where Cleary is rubbed off, Fittler would likely call back Luke Keary as game manager to replace the Penrith halfback.
The Blues will also sweat over the availability of Tyson Frizell and Payne Haas.
Frizell has come under fire for his duel against Münster, while Haas could be punished for his role in the brawl in the second half.
Reagan Campbell-Gillard is your best bet if Haas is banned while Frizell is likely to be replaced by Cameron McInnes and Isaah Yeo has a chance to start on the sidelines.

QUEENSLAND MAROONS
The biggest dilemma in Queensland is the availability of Cameron Munster.
Munster has no history of concussions and passed its HIA test on Wednesday night but has still not returned.
He was taken off the field two minutes after a collision with Tyson Frizell that landed heavily on the ground.
Queensland Doctor Matt Hislop made it clear that Munster failed his HIA test, but there were still strong reasons why he had to skip the rest of the game.
“I just wanted to correct the report that Munster” failed “its HIA assessment in the hospital room,” tweeted Maroon’s doctor Hislop.
“It passed (compared to baseline), but it doesn’t matter. He was Cat 1 based on poor balance as the repetition shows, meaning that regardless of his HIA, he couldn’t return tonight. “

If Münster missed the decision maker, Ben Hunt would start in the starting line-up in the half-way on Wednesday evening after filling it in during the game.
“I think all the signs are that he is fine. He has no history of head butts, so anything will help, ”said Wayne Bennett of Munster.
Meanwhile, the Maroons have made a big decision for forward Christian Welch.
Which was not considered for game two after suffering a concussion last week and will likely be back in the selection frame.
The effects are treated on a case-by-case basis, so not much can be made of Welch missing a week and comparing it to Munster.
Bennett also has potential backline headaches.
Phil Sami was fighting on the wing and could be in the line of fire if Bennett wants to make casual changes with Brenko Lee, Edrick Lee and Corey Allan.
The Maroons will also have to nervously wait for the Match Review Committee to relay its findings to Tino Fa’asuamaleaui after he was involved in a hand-to-hand battle with Payne Haas.
