Tennis Australia is still in discussions with the ATP to build the modalities of the organization of the ATP Cup. According to our information, there are still two possible options. Either the ATP Cup takes place in three cities (Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide), Perth is already off, or the entire competition is held only in Melbourne. If so then there will only be eight qualified teams based on last year’s standings. France would therefore not be qualified.
Everything will be decided this week since the State of Victoria must decide on the bubble that must be put in place so that the players can come to their quarantine before starting their 2021 season.
