One of the biggest badminton events in the world returns to Paris for an ultra 6-day tournament. 250 best players in the world will meet you for a week of very high level badminton!
An ever greater ambition
The Badminton French Opens take place each year in the legendary Pierre de Coubertin room in Paris and bring together the best 250 players in the world in the five disciplines (men’s singles, women’s singles, men’s doubles, ladies’ doubles and mixed doubles). Yonex, sports equipment supplier, has been the title partner of the event since 2009.
The 2018 edition marked a revival in the event. Now “Super 750” in the new HSBC BWF World Tour circuit, many changes have been made to the tournament:
· A new scenic presentation with an arena now in the dark. From now on, the Yonex Internationaux de France de Badminton is a real show!
The assurance of the presence of the World Top 15 in singles and the Top 10 in doubles, thanks to the new regulations of the BWF
· A new fan zone, bigger and offering other activities, for an even more exciting relaxing break between two matches!

On average over the last editions, more than 18,000 people have walked the corridors of Coubertin to cheer their favorite players.

A 6-day ultra tournament
Tuesday October 22: First Tour (part 1) from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday October 23: First Tour (part 2) from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Thursday October 24: 1/8 finals from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Friday 25 October : ¼ final from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Saturday October 26: ½ finals from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (session 1) and from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (session 2)
Sunday October 27: finals from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

A “Food truck” catering offer has been redesigned especially for fans this year! Every day, different Food Trucks will be available in the Fan Zone to offer a varied offer (Burgers, Sandwiches, Pizzas, etc.) made with Street Food En Mouvement to eat and refresh between matches
