Vienna – Local hero Dominic Thiem and world number one Novak Djokovic hit the ground running together for Austria’s tennis season highlight on Sunday morning. Training with the red-white-red defending champion at the Erste Bank Open was the first sporting activity of the “Djoker” in Vienna since winning the tournament in 2007. 13 years later, the 33-year-old was mainly attracted by the 500 points to be awarded for winning the tournament. A total of six top ten players are named.
