They identify alleged feminicides of Ayelín, a girl murdered in Guerrero

The Guerrero Prosecutor’s Office reported that it had already identified four alleged implicated in the femicide of Ayelín Izcae, the 13-year-old girl kidnapped and murdered on October 19 in the Candelaria de Tixtla neighborhood, Guerrero.

The Prosecutor’s Office managed to find the genetic profile of one of those responsible thanks to the tests taken from the clothes, tennis shoes, hair and biological waste, informed the prosecutor Jorge Zuriel Santos Barrila. He added that they could be neighbors of Ayelín’s family.

According to the Prosecutor’s Office, Ayelín lost her life due to a severe head injury.

In recent days, the prosecutor Santos Barrila and the mayor of Tixtla, Erika Alcaraz, met with Ayelín’s family to inform them of the progress of the investigation and provide them with the data obtained in forensics, forensic photography, forensic anthropology, genetics, typing and planimetry photography.

The facts

On Thursday, October 15, Ayelín left her house to meet Flora Marcelo Rojas, her mother, on the federal highway Chilpancingo, but she never arrived. The girl She was missing for five days before her uncle and stepfather located her body in a ravine 400 meters from her home, in the Candelaria neighborhood.

The relatives presume that the body was deposited in that place days after the kidnapping, since the police had already searched the girl many times in the ravine. Mayor Erika Alcaraz explained that authorities searched there for several hours without obtaining any findings:
