On the basis of the results of the official documents, the following disciplinary measures are resolved, subject to the taking of any other decisions, pending receipt of the competition lists:
Race Soc. MILAN – Soc. SPEZIA
The Sports Judge,
received from the Federal Prosecutor ritual reporting pursuant to art. 61, paragraph 3 CGS (by e-mail received at 13.01 of 5 October 2020) regarding the possible violent wave of the player Riccardo Marchizza (Soc. Spezia) against the player Alexis Jesse Saelemaekers (Soc. Milan):
acquired and examined the relative television images, with full technical and documentary guarantee;
after hearing the Race Director who, among other things, declared: “The episode was not seen on the field by me, but it was analyzed by the Var, Paolo Valeri, who did not believe there were any grounds for violent therefore for an intervention by the VAR “;
by virtue of the above, this Judge believes that the conditions for sanctioning what is reported pursuant to art. 61, paragraph 3 CGS;
