Sanders returns to defeat Iowa State

Oklahoma State is the team to beat in the Big 12. After a 16: 7 season opening win as a 24-point home favorite against Tulsa, the Cowboys have won all three conference games and covered the spread. Defense was the strength of the Cowboys, who come first in the Big 12, keeping their opponents at just 12 points and second at 303.2 yards per game.

Spencer Sanders is expected to start at quarterback for the Cowboys Offensive, which has provided their defense with the help they have needed so far, averaging 28.5 points per game and 418.2 meters of total offense. After Sanders was injured in the season opener against Tulsa, he returned against Iowa State and completed 20 or 29 passes for 235 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions. Sanders also added a touchdown and 82 yards with his feet. In 2019, Sanders completed 62.7% of his passes for 2,065 yards with 16 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. Sanders also ran 628 yards with two touchdowns last year.
