PSSI Explains the Reason for the Indonesian U-19 National Team for Canceling TC to Turkey

BOLASPORT.COM – The Indonesian U-19 national team will be canceled to continue training camp (TC) in Turkey.

As a result, the Indonesian U-19 national team continues to hold TC in Croatia which has been done since the end of August 2020.

PSSI Chairman Mochamad Iriawan explained the reason why the Indonesian U-19 national team canceled TC to Turkey this October.

The man who is familiarly called Iwan Bule said that in fact PSSI had coordinated with the Turkish football federation.

The Turkish football federation gave permission, but it turned out that the Indonesian U-19 national team had difficulty getting opponents to try out.

As a result, Iwan Bule decided that the Indonesian U-19 national team should remain in Croatia.

“PSSI decided the Indonesian U-19 national team would continue the TC in Croatia.”

“They did not go to Turkey because there was no certainty about the test opponent,” said Iwan Bule, as quoted by BolaSport.com from the official PSSI website.
