PSG-Dijon (4-0): Paris is a hit, Tuchel surprises

It did not take long for PSG to regain its ease in Ligue 1 and dominate the French Championship. Normality is his daily life on the French scene and he proves it again. Despite two initial defeats, he is already in the lead even if Lille this Sunday can rob him of the leading position. But he got back to the place and even doubled, the week he started losing to Manchester United (1-2) without really playing the game.

Tuchel plays with fire

He could have waited for a match where Marquinhos was not there or for Kimpembe to be present to pair Danilo Pereira with the world champion if he thinks the idea has a future. No, Tuchel chose neither. He aligned the new recruit with Abdou Diallo, a duo that has no future in big games and he did all this the night Marquinhos was available, just to show that it was probably better to recruit Antonio Rüdiger (Chelsea ) than the middle slender.

Tuchel made the decision by taking the risk of starting a player short of form, who returned last week from the Brazilian selection with a hamstring injury. On Saturday evening, Marquinhos was unable to complete some sprints, either as a precaution or by incapacity and in both cases, it is a problem. In short, to pursue his ideas and oppose a single man, Tuchel played with fire. Paris is in the lead but the wings continue to rumble. Not sure that it will be good in the long term for the club as for the team.
