The Public Ministry (MP) disagrees with the verdict of the investigating judge and wants Rui Pinto to answer for the 147 crimes he was initially accused of. In the appeal filed, to which the PUBLIC had access, the MP considers that Cláudia Pina, investigating judge, should have accused the hacker of 54 crimes of violation of correspondence, even though the respondents had not filed a complaint. In the order, signed by Attorney Vera Camacho, it is also contested that 68 of the 74 crimes of illegitimate access (whose maximum penalty is up to five years) have been converted into crimes of improper access (with maximum penalty up to two years).
