Motorist stops at the A 115 exit – motorcyclists seriously injured
A motorcyclist was seriously injured on Autobahn 115 when he drove into a stationary vehicle on the deceleration lane at an exit. The 54-year-old came from Berlin on Saturday Direction Dreieck Nuthetal on the way and wanted to leave the motorway at the junction Drewitz according to the first findings of the police.
He collided with one on the deceleration lane car standing there, whose driver due to health problems had stopped. The motorcyclist became seriously injured flown to a clinic with a rescue helicopter, the police said on Sunday.
The 58-year-old driver was also taken to hospital because of his health problems. Because of the rescue and recovery measures, the directional lane had to be temporarily closed. It came according to the police significant traffic obstructions. (dpa)
