VIVA – Conor McGregor indeed not self conscious. It has been made into vegetable chicken by Khabib Nurmagomedov above the octagon Ultimate Fighting Championship, now McGregor even insults Justin gaethje.
After the match, McGregor paid tribute to Khabib who decided to retire. “Carry on,” he said, referring to McGregor’s intention to focus on other opponents in pursuit of the lightweight belt that vacated the Eagles.
Gaethje was one of the targets. Understandably, because The Highlight is currently still entrenched in the first rank of the light class.
Obviously, McGregor will have to beat him in order to crawl for the belt. However, before facing Gaethje, he was obliged to duel against the second rank resident, Dustin Poirier.
Instead of throwing a war of nerves at Poirier first, McGregor went straight in and provoked the flames of war with Gaethje. He taunted the 31-year-old fighter after losing to Khabib.
“Dustin Poirier has made you KO, but you lost in wrestling or grappling. And, overall, you are afraid of the central position that makes you embarrassed in a duel, Justin,” McGregor teased.
However, the tweet soon appeared on McGregor’s twitter account, @TheNotoriousMMA. Because, a few moments later, he immediately deleted the tweet.
