‘Nainggolan will make a transfer next weekend’

Last weekend, he made his comeback at Internazionale with a raid against Fiorentina, but now it could be that Radja Nainggolan will soon leave Milan. The ex-Red Devil has been linked to several clubs again in recent weeks and, according to Italian transfer specialist Gianluca Di Marzio, Inter is nearing an agreement on a transfer.

On Tuesday, the Nerazzurri would have reunited with Cagliari to further work out a deal. Nainggolan could now make the final switch to Sardinia, for which Cagliari would pay 12 million euros. In addition, they also send two young talents to Inter in exchange. Final details should be finalized quickly between clubs.

UPDATE 30/09

Piero Ausilio, technical director of Inter, has responded to the transfer messages regarding Nainggolan. “No progress has been made with Cagliari,” he told Sky Sport Italia. “Cagliari has expressed their interest in both direct and indirect ways, as they express their satisfaction with the player at every opportunity. But Radja is an Inter player and he has two more years here. “Make an evaluation and then we’ll see. If he stays, he’ll be part of a strong midfield. Otherwise we’ll sit down with Cagliari to find a solution.”

UPDATE 1/10

Barely a day later, things seem to have progressed. After all, Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla now reports that Nainggolan must be a Cagliari player within 48 hours. Apparently the clubs must have decided on a definitive transfer. More details about the details of that deal are not yet known.
