Eduardo Pimentel says he is tired of the directors of Colombian football and of “eating toads” and that is why he exploded and revealed everything that has happened in the last meetings of the Dimayor.
The president of Boyacá Chicó spoke with the Super Combo del Deporte, from RCN Cali, about the alleged irregularities that are happening in the League and that are affecting him.
As he commented, several people related to Colombian football are conspiring to save Pereira from relegation and one of those actions was the ruling in favor of Pereira, which is due to a bad registration of a player from Once Caldas and which will cause the loss of three points, which will now go to the matecañas.
“I appreciate Huber Bodhert, but he’s involved in a filthy football situation. He and Eleven Caldas have the burden. No team smears it with an inscription with a player who could not enter, that was some mess they made. They gave those points to Pereira, “said Pimentel.
And it is that according to him, there are three people who are meeting to take possession of the Pereira, a rumor that has sounded a lot in Colombia, but that Tulio Gómez, one of those involved, constantly denies.
In one of the recent Assembly, Pimentel wanted to delve into the subject, pointing out these alleged irregular events that favor Pereira.
“I feel that there is an order for Pereira to stay. The only teams that spoke out on the issue of relegation were Águilas, Jaguares and us. Nobody listened to us and they determined to do rough things and took everything to different points and managed to divide because they already had an organized vote. Pereira never spoke while in the relegation zone. I started to find out why Pereira doesn’t fight, “said Pimentel.
Then he continued: “Someone told me that Pereira is already from Tulio, the president of America. Speaking of the descent and the average, the president of Pereira, or the manager, jumped up and said I am not a crybaby, only that I use regular resources to defend Pereira. But I remember that he approached me in the 2019 assembly that we had to end the average and after three months he no longer cared. I said what is the business you have? And since they had already told me that there was another business that we will not know about until the future because neither Tulio (Gómez), nor Jaime (Pineda), nor Raúl (Giraldo) are going to be so stupid about putting Pereira in their name because it will be evident that they were the ones who managed Hubert Bodhert to give Pereira the three points “.
Finally, Pimentel revealed that this week the events of threats against a Colombian soccer leader became known, although he did not reveal who it was.
“This is recorded. Some leader accused Jaime Pineda, the largest shareholder of Once Caldas, of having threatened them, I do not know if of death or of what, as I understand death because they talked about sharp weapons and pistols. I want them to play the recording because Dimayor must have it. Right there Mr. Tulio Castrillón said “here we are not going to attack together because there are many teams that ask others for points.” That was passed over like nothing. Colombian football is filthy and they take advantage of the situation in the country, “said Pimentel.
