It was in Lauzès on Friday, October 2 that the members of the departmental badminton committee met for the general assembly followed by the elective assembly
Rather satisfactory results for this 2019-2020 season despite, as everywhere, the end of activities from March 2020. Alone and not least, the steps with the ANS (National Sports Agency, formerly CNDS) have not failed, depriving the departmental committee of a subsidy. The file was rejected by the federation not for the content but for a badly worded date. President Didier Chaubet was very unhappy with this attitude. Very regrettable for this committee.
The elective assembly for the 2020-2024 mandate followed.
The clubs of Souillac, Gourdon, Figeac, Pradines, Le Montat, Labastide-Murat and Biars were represented for the election of the management committee. Were elected: Olivier Ageorge, Guy Carle, Didier Chaubet, Dominique Crouzet, Baptiste Dajean, Laurent Feraguti, Sylvie Minard, Marc Pivaudran, Anne-Lise Pont, Mathieu Sardou and Jérôme Vereecque.
The office is set up with Didier Chaubet as president; vice-president, Jérôme Vereecque; treasurer, Anne-Lise Pont; assistant treasurer, Marc Pivaudran; secretary general, Laurent Feraguti; Assistant secretary, Sylvie Minard.
