Football player, Joao Maleck, had this Wednesday his first prosecution hearing to know what you will have to pay for the death of María Fernanda Peña and Alejandro Castro. This first hearing lasted almost 6 hours in the oral trial room of the Puente Grande prison.

In this place they began to vent tests to sustain the aggravations of breathalyzer and speeding, which could leave him with greater grief, a source reported to Half Time. In total there are 24 testimonies according to the evidentiary agreements and these will be released in the following days; besides witnesses, there are several videos and photographs of that tragic day for Maleck.

This Thursday the hearing will continue and will continue until a sentence is reached, which is expected to be jail.

Maleck collided on June 23, 2019 with the car where the couple of María Fernanda and Alejandro were going, just married and caused the death of both. For this reason, since June 24, 2019 he has been in preventive detention, which has been postponed.
