After Galzignano Terme, the race faces Roccolo (fourth category GPM, 4.1 km at 4.3%, maximum peak of 17%). Fast descent on Cinto Euganeo to tackle the Muro di Calaone (fourth category GPM, 2.1 km at 9.8%, maximum peak of 18%) before the last part of the stage. In the last kilometers the fast descent of Calaone on Este, a wide road with wide bends. After Este, Monselice is reached again through flat and straight roads. About 3 km from the finish, the entrance to the town through a railway underpass and the last left bend 400 m from the finish, which leads to the final straight.
