Ten hours of training per week

Tyméo has been playing badminton for five years. “I train ten hours a week between sessions with the Kervignac club and those with the Saint-Gérand leisure club,” explains the young player who won the Paimpol tournament in singles on Sunday, October 25. This trip to Strasbourg will be his first big national competition. “There will be four pools of three. And the first of each group will go directly to the semi-finals, explains Sébastien, his dad.
