The cities of Córdoba and Villa Carlos Paz, which had been chosen by the Association of Clubs (AdC) to dispute the ‘bubbles’ that guaranteed the resumption of the National Basketball League (LNB), will not be able to host the competition, due to “ the epidemiological and health situation ”of the province.
The Córdoba Sports Agency reported, through a statement, that “it will not be possible to carry out the ‘bubbles’ of the National League”, due to the complex epidemiological and health situation in the province, due to the coronavirus pandemic.

“The growing number of infections and the high degree of occupation of beds dedicated to this pathology in the province demand more than ever the health of the people of Cordoba,” added the text.
“We appreciate your predisposition to the leadership of Argentine basketball, the Municipality of Córdoba and that of Villa Carlos Paz,” completed the statement from the provincial sports agency.
The resumption of the basketball activity in the League was scheduled for the first of November, with the realization of two ‘bubbles’: the first in Córdoba and the second in Villa Carlos Paz.
