Clemson star quarterback Trevor Lawrence has tested positive COVID-19 Before the No. 1 Tigers game against Boston College on Saturday, Lawrence and announced the program Thursday night. Lawrence’s positive test came on Wednesday after testing negative on Sunday, Clemson sports director Dan Radakovich told CBS Sports.
Lawrence will miss Saturday’s game and while his status is unknown for next week’s showdown with Notre Dame # 4, it seems possible that he could be cleared up.
“I’ve tested positive for COVID-19 and my symptoms have been relatively mild while following the Clemson and ACC protocol.
