Can you leave Asturias to compete in federated sport?

The new rules of restriction to mobility decreed by the coronavirus pandemic have left a lot of questions in the air both for non-professional sports clubs that compete outside the region and for the use of the facilities where it is practiced. The Higher Sports Council only considers the first two categories of soccer and the ACB basketball and Asobal handball leagues as professional sports. The rest, although practiced by people who live off it, do not enter what they consider professional football. For this reason, many clubs that compete outside the Principality and that in turn receive athletes from other places did not know very well what to expect once the region was isolated. The General Directorate of Sports of the Principality has wanted to clear all these doubts so that the clubs have what to expect. Also for those athletes who have to move through the three large population centers of the region, Gijón, Oviedo and Avilés, which are isolated from the rest of the region. Another of the doubts that assails all these clubs are in the use of the changing rooms and showers of the facilities, since it is difficult to receive a team from far away from Asturias and prevent them from taking a shower after the match. All these issues are resolved below:
