This Saturday, September 26 in the evening it was good to practice an indoor sport given the squalls and rain that drowned the Bigorre.
At the Barbazan gymnasium, well sheltered, the men’s basketball team which has just entered Regional 3 would meet the Cugnaux team.
Covid 19 obliges, before entering the gymnasium, the public had to observe the instructions: strict mask, signing of the attendance book, hand washing and respect for distances.
For this meeting, President Moreau was in the company of the new sponsor, the company Bricomarché (route de Vic à Tarbes) which had just offered a set of jerseys to our basketball players.

The public respected the distances and enjoyed a good match since the Barbazanaise colors won by 94 to 60. Nice score which bodes well, we wish them a good 2020-2021 season. The referees of the meeting were Adeline Collet and Lyse Belcteux from the Haute Garonne committee.
The Barbazanaise team was composed of: Arnaud Moreau, Benoît Moreau, Damien Fauvel, Romain Lacroix, Benoît Vincent, Maxime Sanchez, Erwan Goudet, Alex Rossic, Max Bardin and they are coached by Orlane Goudet.
