The president of the Badminton Federation, Gonzalo Castillo, stated that the athletes were subjected to coronavirus tests before returning to training.

“We are quite rigorous and demanding to comply with government regulations. In this first stage only adults will train,” Castillo told reporters.

The practices were carried out in two shifts with the presence of the badminton and para-badminton teams.
