Two-way race to sign the French phenomenon Camavinga

Rennes Defender Stadium Eduardo Camavinga he was a wanted man this summer and Marca believes Real Madrid face tough competition from Paris Saint-Germain.

The whites they made no secret of their admiration for the 17-year-old, but while they seemed favorites to take him to Madrid, PSG would have preferred him to stay in Ligue 1 and join them.

Camavinga’s stock surged once again this week in France after joining as a substitute to replace N’Golo Kante to make his official international debut.

Real have done their best to sign the youngster, but both PSG sporting director Leonardo and coach Thomas Tuchel were quick to praise a player they believe has enormous potential.

Real considers the move for Mahrez

FootMercato reports that Real Madrid has made contact with Riyad MahrezThe team of representatives of a potential move for the Manchester City striker ahead of the new season.

Mahrez is on Zinedine Zidane’s radar thanks to his form last season where he scored 13 goals and added 16 assists. Madrid are believed to be gathering information on the 29-year-old winger.

However, Mahrez still has three years remaining for his contract at Etihad Stadium and appears to be an important part of boss Pep Guardiola’s plans. Furthermore, City have already lost another winger, Leroy Sane, to Bayern Munich, although they have signed Ferran Torres from Valencia.

It would appear that City would be reluctant to see another major winger leave the club, although they would have had time to replace him had he been tempted by a transfer to the Bernabeu.

Rose to join the Spurs

Genoa is trying to reward Danny Rose away from Tottenham Hotspur, according to Sky Sports and Sky Sports Italia.

Rose is under contract in North London until 2021 but appears to have no future under Jose Mourinho.

Genoa, who narrowly avoided relegation last season, believe it will be difficult to reach left-back Rose, but can’t wait to overtake him on rivals Cagliari, also interested, by signing Rose.

Rose is in the final year of her contract and the Spurs need to dump players to contribute to any potential new purchases they want to bring, which means they are open to allowing Rose to leave.

Rose spent the second half of last season on loan at Newcastle United and made 11 appearances for Steve Bruce.

He has been with Tottenham for 13 years.

– More on the ongoing saga of Luis Suarez on a potential move to Juventus, with Spanish TV station Deportes Cuatro reporting that the Uruguayan striker prefers a move to Atletico Madrid. Suarez is likely to leave Barcelona on a free transfer and while many expected him to move to Turin, it would seem he would rather work under Diego Simeone in the Spanish capital. Both Atletico and Barca are believed to have entered into negotiations for a move that would certainly put an end to the search for Simeone’s striker.

Jack Wilshere may be looking for a new club this week with West Ham United that could terminate his contract with less than 10 months remaining, reports the Daily Mail. The Hammers are eager to bolster their transfer kitty in an effort to increase their bid for Burnley’s defender James Tarkowskiand David Moyes is becoming frustrated that he has not been able to strengthen his squad ahead of the new season. Wilshere has only played 18 games since joining West Ham on a three-year contract.
