The FACR jury began to discuss Sparta’s dispute with Hašek

The panel of referees of the Football Association of the Czech Republic today began discussing a dispute between Sparta and midfielder Martin Hašek. In March, the player resigned, which the Prague club considers to be unjustified, and demands compensation from the former representative under the age of 21. According to the FACR, the church has to decide within 14 days.

“The panel of arbitrators started today in the case of Martin Hašek with the examination of witnesses. The arbitral award will be prepared within 14 days, after which the reactions of individual interested parties can be expected.” FACR spokesman Michal Jurman told ČTK.

“During the oral hearing, the Arbitral Tribunal, among other things, took the evidence presented, including the hearing of the respondent and the proposed witnesses, and at the end of the hearing informed the parties of the further procedural procedure in the case. The proceedings are not public. said Jurman.

Each party added one member to the jury, they jointly selected the third. According to the daily Sport, Sparta is demanding compensation of 55 million crowns from Hašek.

Hašek’s “war” with Sparta dates back to the end of January, when the 24-year-old footballer refused to travel to Spain for training camps. Maccabi Haifa, a former midfielder of the Bohemians in 1905, applied for the offer at the time, and Letenští later accepted them. However, at the last moment, Hasek refused to sign the contract he had agreed with the Israeli club.

Since then, he has been training with the reserve team, but over time, according to the club’s website, he gave Sparta an ultimatum to return to the A-line. The management called on him to continue to perform the assigned tasks in the B-team. After another written communication, Hašek did not attend the reserve training on March 12 and gave a unilateral resignation. Sparta objected to such conduct, stating that the player was subject to possible high penalties.
