Paige Spiranac teaches how to “jump and run” on video

Paige Spiranac’s golf lesson is now in session.

Over the weekend, Spiranac released another installment of its “Quickies with Paige” series, in which the golfer-turned-influencer gives fans tips on how to improve their golf game. For Sunday’s lesson, the “bump and run”.

“One of the most useful shots you will ever learn!” Spiranac posted on Instagram. “Knowing how to hit a bump and run will save you a lot of hits on your laps. Once you’ve mastered the technique, it’s all about club selection, so practice, train, train! “

In the two-minute clip Spiranac shared with her 2.8 million followers, the 27-year-old demonstrated her moves step by step.

“The technique is quite easy and simple to learn,” Spiranac explained. “Two tips, you want to make sure you are relaxed for the entire take and a common mistake I always see is that people tend to get up or lift their heads right after impact, and that’s where you’ll get that subtle hit.”

Spiranac also called “bump and run” the “smartest shot you can use around the green”, advising golfers to “learn it, love it, use it”. Shortly after the video went live, fans sang Spiranac’s praises for the new clip.

“We definitely need more of these,” commented one fan.

“Quickies with Paige are the best,” wrote another.

Last month, the host of the “Playing A Round” podcast also taught viewers how to “flop like it’s hot” with the hit of the flop. In April, she also demonstrated a décolleté trick.
