Jadon Sancho addresses transfer speculation in the interests of Manchester United

Jadon Sancho says he is ignoring speculation about his future amid Manchester United’s transfer interest.

The Borussia Dortmund star remains a priority transfer target for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, but the Reds failed to break through in negotiations for the 20-year-old.

Dortmund firmly believe that Sancho will stay in the Bundesliga for at least one more season, but MEN Sport understand that United continue to hope to get his signature before the October 5th transfer window. United has not yet found a solution for Sancho’s salary expectations and the fees of the agents in talks with his representative Emeka Obasi and the agent Marco Lichtsteiner, who works on behalf of Dortmund.

The transfer saga is expected to drag on until the deadline, and Sancho was asked about his future during an interview with SoccerBible .

They asked: “There is always talk of movements that associate you with Premier League clubs. Do you ever wish that this would just go away?”

Sancho replied, “No, the media is the media.

“You will always try to make a story, but this is how you can do it.

“For me, I just concentrate on my football. I just want to do the best for my team and win titles at the end of the day.”

Sancho was also asked about the viral clip of a training session in England last year in which he hit United captain Harry Maguire with a quick start-stop.

The boy laughed when he remembered the piece of trick.

“I think it was just because of how sharp it was, it might just have blown him away. I was new to training so he might not have expected something like this. Now he understands that stopping and starting is coming, he’s himself of which more conscious.

“But I have a feeling when you play against a new opponent they don’t know what’s coming, so they just get mixed up [laughs]. “
