David Carr predicts Coach of the Year and Drive Raiders League MVP to win AFC West – Raiders Beat

It’s that time of year again when NFL analysts make their season forecasts.

NFL Network released its annual analyst survey (34 in total) on Wednesday and, unsurprisingly, the popular picks were the Chiefs to win the Super Bowl, Patrick Mahomes to win the league MVP title and Bruce Arians (thanks to Tom Brady) to win Coach of the Year.

Thankfully, the panel had a reasonable and unbiased voter who predicted greatness in store for the Raiders this year.

Sadly, it was David Carr who predicted the Raiders would win the AFC West, Derek Carr would win the league MVP and Jon would win the Coach of the Year award.

A sweep of the broom.

In case you didn’t know, sports betting companies are begging you to take Carr’s advice. Look at the average odds on each of the props bets listed above:

Raiders win AFC West (+1000)

Gruden wins COY (+4000)

Carr wins MVP (+8000)

This means that a bet of $ 10 on each would win $ 100 (Raiders AFC West), $ 400 (Gruden COY) and $ 8,000 (Carr MVP).

So what are you waiting for?
