A golfer strikes through his Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta

Ian Poulter is a professional golfer who has achieved three PGA Tour victories during his career. He also has in his garage impressive vehicles like one of the 210 copies of the Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta as well as a Mercedes-AMG GT 4-door Coupé. He featured them on Instagram while demonstrating his talent.

Let’s start with the least “expensive” car. Poulter stands in front of the white sedan with the front windows down. He prepares the club and the ball before hitting. The ball goes straight in the direction of the Mercedes-AMG before passing through it safely.

Sucking a golf ball through the windows of the Mercedes-AMG was too easy. Now the professional golfer is tackling the Ferrari, and there we laugh a lot less, because the opening is narrower, and then there is also the value and the rarity of the car. LaFerrari has sold 209 copies. Ferrari then built another copy to benefit the reconstruction of Italy after the earthquakes of 2016.

To refresh your memory, the LaFerrari Aperta has a removable carbon fiber panel above the cabin, and there’s an optional soft top as well. The performance of the V12 hybrid is identical to that of the coupe, which means that it can reach 100 km / h in less than three seconds and a top speed of over 350 km / h.

To hit that car worth over a million euros with a golf ball would be a tragedy. As you might expect, since he posts this on his Instagram account, Poulter pulls it off, phew, we’re reassured, no LaFerrari (or any other vehicle) has been abused by Poulter.
