Winner of the Wyndham in 2016, Si-Woo Kim continues his love affair with the Greensboro course. Party co-leader Saturday morning, the South Korean posted a card of 62 to take sole control of the tournament. A -8 card with only one bogey and above all, a hole-in-one at 3, par 3 of 145 yards.
With this total of -16, he is now two points ahead of a duo of pursuers. Rob Hoppenheim (also 62) and Doc Redman (63) point in -14, a stroke in front of Billy Horschel (65).
In the top 10, we still find the tournament favorite. Webb Simpson signed a moving day in 65, to appear one lap from goal in -13 (7th).
