What time does the Spanish Grand Prix start?

The Grand Prix of Spain is scheduled for Sunday 16 August. It is already the sixth race of the 2020 Formula 1 season and also the last of the second tripleheader.

On the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, the lights will go out on Sunday afternoon at 3:10 PM Dutch time. The usual starting time for Formula 1 races is thus adhered to. For the time being, all Grands Prix this season have started at this time.

Verstappen starts again from third place

In qualifying for the Grand Prix of Spain, both Mercedes drivers came out on top. It was Lewis Hamilton who drove to pole position, further raising his own record to 92. It is the fifth time that Hamilton starts from P1 in Spain.
