The couple is believed to have isolated themselves with a local family after moving from Spain. All newcomers from the country must go through a two-week quarantine period according to the current Covid-19 guidelines.
Tromso striker Isak Hansen-Aaroen, who turned 16 last weekend, is also joining United.
The Norwegian became the youngest ever player last month when he made his debut at the age of 15 years and 319 days. The club is now waiting for the paperwork to close the deal.
The Red Devils have also brought former Yeovil Town forward Devon Arnold to justice.
The 18-year-old forward is a free agent and made a strong first impression after scoring a goal on his debut for United Under-23s in Tuesday’s 1-0 win over Stoke City.
