The figure called is the defender of Syukran Arabia Samual who last year played for Persebaya U-16 at Elite Pro Academy (EPA) League 1 2019 U-16. He managed to bring Bajul Ijo to third place at the end of the season.
Syukran had studied in Spain while performing for Leganes U-16 in 2018.
“Yes, I got a call to the Indonesian U-19 national team via call letter,” Syukran was quoted as saying from the site BolaSport.
“God willing, as soon as possible I will join the training camp,” he continued.
It is not yet known whether Jack Brown and Syukran will be included in the U-19 national team in the advanced training camp abroad. PSSI plans to send the U-19 national team to South Korea or three European countries, namely the Netherlands, Germany, France, which are other options.
A total of 11 players have been sent home by Shin Tae-yong from the U-19 National Team TC this time, plus Elkan Baggot who had to return to his club in England, Ipswich Town.
