Son Heung-min made a solo action to find the net against Burnley in December. This goal was selected as the best goal for the 2019/2020 Premier League.
This beautiful goal occurred when Tottenham Hotspur crushed the visitors, Burnley, with a score of 5-0 in week 16. In that match, Son contributed one goal for the Spurs and created another.
Tottenham were already leading 2-0 when the South Korean football star took the ball in his own area. Son then dribbled past the Burnley players, penetrated the opponent’s penalty box and ended with a right-footed shot.
Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho was amazed by Son Heung-min’s action. He was even compared to the actions of Ronaldo who at that time played for Barcelona in the match against Compostela when Mourinho was still assistant manager to Sir Bobby Robson.

Son has scored 18 goals plus 12 assists for Tottenham in 41 appearances in all competitions this season. The contribution Son Heung-min brought the Lilywhites finished sixth so that he will play the Europa League next season from the second qualifying round.
