The Eagles will need a new left starting tackle.

André Dillard will miss the season after suffering from a torn bicep today in training, reports Mike Garafolo of NFL Network.

With Dillard out, the Eagles could decide to revert to longtime left tackle Jason Peters. The plan was for Peters to play right guard over injured Brandon Brooks this season, but that’s when they expected Dillard, their 2019 first-round pick, to take the job. .

Regardless, the Eagles have now lost two starters on their offensive line before the start of the season. They are going to have to scramble to make the most of a difficult situation.
