No more worries about form and other biathlon issues. Now the former successful Czech representative Veronika Vítková is dealing with the upcoming parental worries. She is expecting a child at the turn of November and December, but she still received another biathlon reminder. In Jilemnice during the Czech Cup race she received a thank you for everything she showed not only in the national team.

“It was very nice. I realized that here in Jilemnice I really have roots, a lot of friends, acquaintances and above all family. I am always very happy to come back here, “Vítková, who now lives in Janov nad Nisou, told biatlon.cz after the Jilemnice ceremony.
Motherhood is now the main theme for the world champion and two-time Olympic medalist.
“I’m really enjoying it, which can be seen a bit in my character,” she joked, noting that she and her boyfriend Mark Lejsk don’t know the sex of the baby. “We don’t want to, we’re looking forward to the surprise. Our only wish is for the baby to be healthy.”
