This situation forced Marquez to undergo a second operation and had to rest in the three MotoGP 2020 series, namely, the Andalusian GP, the Czech Republic GP, the Austrian GP.

In fact, the Spanish racer said that Honda still needed a break, aka it would not appear at the MotoGP Styria 2020.

Stefan Bradl also mentioned that Honda will continue to be a substitute driver while Marc Marquez is injured.

“It was a difficult weekend for us, we didn’t have the pace we expected, we were at a disadvantage in a wet session and we still need a lot of testing in a lot of parts,” said Bradl.

“However much we learn, we will look to the future when I race for Honda again. Now is the time to sit down and analyze,” said Bradl.
