Nicholas Latifi fires at Max Verstappen via the on-board radio. Where the Dutchman previously made comments about the Williams driver blocking him, it is now the other way around. “He’s nothing better,” says Latifi.
Ocon crashes into VT3 after near collision with Magnussen
Esteban Ocon crashed in the last minutes of the third free practice in Barcelona. The driver had to give way to the slow-moving Kevin Magnussen and lost control of his car. Magnussen seemed to be trying to step aside for the Renault driver.

Viscally in the gravel pit, drops out of F3 race
Bent Viscaal dropped out during the Formula 3 race at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, because he sent his car into the gravel pit. The incident happened in the first lap: the Dutch driver was stuck in the gravel and had to stop his race.
Hülkenberg enjoys a free weekend in Mallorca
Nico Hülkenberg has earned his rest after two very intensive weeks in Formula 1. The German driver was called in by Racing Point just before the Grand Prix of Great Britain to replace Sergio Perez infected with the corona virus, but now the Mexican has the virus is no longer with him, ‘The Hulk’ can relax. And he does, in Mallorca.
Grosjean surprised by fast Haas: ‘Is this real? Pinch me!’
Romain Grosjean is dumbfounded after two very strong free practice sessions for the Haas Formula 1 team. The French driver was able to do well on the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya and set a sixth and fifth fastest time respectively on Friday.
Helmetless Hamilton tests Mercedes steering wheel
Lewis Hamilton apparently could not wait to get behind the wheel of the Mercedes W11 again during the Friday practice sessions. While his mechanics were still preparing his car, he already dived into his car to already feel with his handlebars without a helmet.
Bottas barely dodges a bird
That was not the case for Valtteri Bottas during the first free practice session of the Grand Prix of Spain. The Finn drove past a bird by a hair. ‘That’s a brave bird!’, The Haas team responds under the video on social media.
