Manchester United have been informed of an “alleged incident” involving captain Harry Maguire in Mykonos on Thursday evening.
The English defender, 27, was reportedly arrested following an incident on the Greek island.
Manchester United said in a statement: “The club is aware of an alleged incident involving Harry Maguire in Mykonos last night.
“Contact has been made with Harry and he is cooperating fully with the Greek authorities.
“We will not comment further at this time.”
United players are taking a break after their Europa League efforts earlier this month. The club was eliminated last Sunday by the Spanish side of Sevilla.
