CRISTIANO Ronaldo (Juventus) and Lionel Messi (Barcelona) are widely reported to have left their respective clubs in the 2020 summer transfer market. They wanted to leave because of the poor performance of Juventus and Barcelona.
The reason Ronaldo was at Juventus in the summer of 2018 is to perpetuate his slick performance in the Champions League. Recorded in three consecutive seasons before joining Juventus, Ronaldo won the Champions League trophy.
However, since leaving for Juventus, Ronaldo has never won the Big Ear trophy. Never mind being a champion, just penetrating the semifinals Bianconeri – the nickname Juventus – unable.
What about Messi? After winning the 2014-2015 Champions League, Messi missed the Champions League trophy. Therefore, leaving is the right choice for both players to complete their ambition of winning the Champions League trophy.
Currently Ronaldo is linked with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG). The Parisians –the nickname PSG – has never been the best in the Champions League. However, the French giants have the capital to become champions of the Champions League.

Because PSG is currently occupied by top players such as Kylian Mbappe, Neymar Jr, Angel Di Maria to Mauro Icardi. The names above have also helped PSG qualify for the 2019-2020 Champions League semifinals to face RB Leipzig.
