The building plans for the new Club Brugge stadium are becoming increasingly concrete. It will be an ultra-modern football temple.

The new stadium will accommodate 40,000 spectators. There is a hefty price tag attached to it. According to VTM NEWS, the entire project would cost 100 million euros and Club Brugge will almost fully cover that amount itself.

There will be 40 skyboxes and behind the goal a steep grandstand will be built for a huge spy head of 12,000 fans. Chairman Bart Verhaeghe hopes to move into the new stadium in the 2022-2023 season.

Thanks to the new stadium, Club Brugge will be able to increase its budget even further. That while blue-black already has the highest budget. The competition is only lagging behind.
