CHELSEA and Atletico Madrid are considering a move for Juventus star Federico Bernardeschi, according to reports.
The 26-year-old was a regular in the 2019-20 season, helping Maurizio Sarri’s side win the Serie A title.
But with Sarri’s exemption, Juve could collect the former Fiorentina striker.
And according to Calciomercato, Juve now hopes to cash in on the man they bought for £ 36 million three years ago.
They initially tried to dump him back to the former Fiorentina club in exchange for Federico Chiesa.
But with La Viola refusing to sell, Juve will try to sell him outright.
Chelsea have strengthened their attack this off-season, with Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech already making it to Stamford Bridge.
And as they continue to negotiate for Kai Havertz, Bernardeschi may still be on their radar.
Having finished 17 points behind La Liga winners Real Madrid, Atletico may also be in the market for him as they try to bridge that gap.

Both moves would likely appeal to the player himself, with the report saying he is interested in a move abroad at this stage of his career.
On 24 appearances for the Italian national team, he made 108 appearances for Juventus, of which 38 in the 2019-20 season.
However, he only scored two goals and three assists, despite being mainly on the right of Juve’s first three.
