Brescia president Massimo Cellino confirmed that Milan have moved closer to Sandro Tonali as talks with Inter have come to a standstill.
Inter would have agreed to sign midfielder Tonali on loan with the obligation to sign him next summer for 31.3 million pounds.
But the Serie A season kicks off on 19 September and Tonali and Brescia are still waiting to close the deal.
