BOLASPORT.COM – Wycombe Wanderers striker Adebayo Akinfenwa celebrates the promotion of his club to the Championship division with Juergen Klopp on Monday (7/13/2020) or early Tuesday.
Compete at Wembley Stadium, Wycombe Wanderers beat Oxford United dramatically by a score of 2-1 in the promotion play-off match to League One (third caste of the English League).
Please note, Oxford United is an English club owned by the Minister of BUMN RI, Erick Thohir and businessman Anandya Bakrie.
Wycombe took the lead quickly in the 9th minute through Anthony Stewart.
Oxford then replied in the second half, precisely in the 57th minute through Mark Sykes.

Wycombe’s victory was decided in the 79th minute through Joe Jacobson’s penalty.
With this result Wycombe also ensured promotion to the Championship (second caste) for the 2020-2021 season.

The 102 kg striker could not hide the happiness of Wycombe’s success.
