PSG will face Atalanta’s underdogs in the QF Champions League

Paris Saint-Germain will face Atalanta, a mediocre Italian club, next month in the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League.

The power of French football PSG had a good draw in winning a semifinal place in the top European tournament.

The draw was made at UEFA’s headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, with club representatives joining it via video link due to the virus pandemic.

PSG is one of the most formidable clubs in Europe, boasting stars such as French striker Kylian Mbappe, Brazilian international Neymar and Argentine forward Mauro Icardi.

Quarter-final draw as follows:

Real Madrid-Manchester City vs Olympique Lyon-Juventus

RB Leipzig vs Atletico Madrid

Barcelona-Naples vs Bayern Munich-Chelsea

Atalanta vs Paris Saint-Germain

Draw for the semifinals:

(Real Madrid-Manchester City) – (Olympique Lyon-Juventus) vs (Barcelona-Naples) – (Bayern Munich-Chelsea)

RB Leipzig-Atletico Madrid vs Atalanta-Paris Saint Germain

The tournament will resume in August

The last 16 games will take place from 7 to 8 August, while Atalanta, Atletico Madrid, RB Leipzig and Paris Saint-Germain have already won their places in the Champions League quarter-finals.

The quarter-final matches will be played on 12-15 August and the semifinals on 18-19 August.

The final match will also be held in the Benfica stadium, the Estadio da Luz in Lisbon, on August 23rd.

UEFA had previously announced that the quarterfinals, semifinals and finals would take place as a “knockout tournament” in the capital of Portugal.
