Welcome back to another week of DFS golf! This week marks a single point on the calendar, as it is the second in a row at Muirfield Village in Dublin, OH. This “second” version is a prestigious event that will bring a very strong field to Muirfield Village. As such, we can expect Muirfield Village to play a little more difficult the second time around. With little rain in the forecast and the summer heat in full force, the course should dry out this week. This should allow tournament organizers to perform the different configurations they hoped for in this prestigious tournament. The greens should be prepared to run at a speed of 13-14 on the Stimpmeter (after playing a modest 11 last week). Even the crude will have grown a little more. This will put more emphasis on finding the fairway outside the tee, which gives accurate hitters a little bump.
