Boston Celtics guard Marcus Smart will wear “Freedom” instead of his name on the back of the shirt during the NBA restart at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.
Smart told reporters that he would rather have the option of selecting his message on the shirt and would choose “I Matter” for Boston Globeit’s Nicole Yang.
